- Can I apply every year?
No. Saint Petersburg State University announces a POMOR call every two years since 2002. In 2006, we had a one-year break. Since then, the calls usually take place in odd-numbered years (2007, 2009, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, …)
- Do I need an English language qualification?
It is essential that your English language skills are good enough for you to undertake an intensive and challenging academic course that is taught and examined in English. As a result you will be asked to meet a specific English language requirement. An international/national certificate or a written confirmation from your university about your English proficiency (min. upper intermediate) is a must. More information about acceptable English language qualifications can be found on the website of the Admission Commission.
- Do I have to come to Russia to attend entry exams?
No, you can apply online. There is no entry exam for POMOR. You have to apply with your PORTFOLIO. Please check.
